Order Processing
All orders are carefully checked, packed, and dispatched within 2–4 business days of receiving the order.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping — India
We currently ship across India.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details via email or WhatsApp.
Estimated delivery time:
Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
Other Locations: 4–8 business days
Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, weather conditions, festivals, or other circumstances beyond our control.
International Shipping

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
Delayed or Lost Shipments

Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and other delivery details are accurate before placing your order.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Damaged Packages
Every Lakshmas Thugil order is carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch.
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and share photographs or an unboxing video with your order details.
